ELSA-Kalinigrad hosts the International Academic Conference

ELSA-Kaliningrad organizes the International Conference in cooperation with the Department of International and European Law, Kaliningrad, Russia.

The declared partners, EU and Russia, seem to be in dire need of a new format of dialogue to overcome serious obstacles and mounting tensions in their bilateral relationship. The conference will focus on one of the most important aspects of the relationship: the security dimension.

The working language will be English.
