International Conference “International Maritime Law: Problems and Challenges in the public law sphere”

Kaliningrad (Russia), 24-25 of April 2009

During the first day of the conference the floor will be given to the scholars and practitioners who will present their reports. The topics of the reports will include the legal problems, which concern the delimitation of the continental shelf, construction of the pipe-lines, environmental protection of the sea etc.

In the second day of the conference a young scholars’ section will be held. Russian and foreign students and aspirants (Ph.D students) are welcome to participate in this session with their reports. In order to participate one should write in English a summary of the report, which should contain not more than 3 000 words (incl. footnotes), and send it to the e-mail address:
