Legal Research Group for the new IFP-topic

At a very productive Joint AA/S&C/STEP Workshop at the ICM in Sinaia we narrowed down the possible upcoming IFP topic to three different alternatives:
 
1) Internet Law
2) Energy and Climate Law
3) Health Law
 
Now it is the time to specify those topics so that we can vote upon them during the ICM in Malta. Therefore, ELSA International is sending the call for three Legal Research Groups (LRG) to prepare the different topics. 
 

You are fascinated by ELSA?
You want to work for the ELSA network on an academic level?

Apply for one of the Legal research groups!
Deadline: 15th of November (6 p.m.) 
 

Outcome: Report (minimum 5 pages, maximum 10 pages) about the possible IFP topic. This report should give the national groups an overview over the three possible IFP topics, so that they have a basis to make their decision upon.

Content: The report should answer the following questions:

• What is this field of law about?
• Why is this topic a "hot legal topic"?
• Which different topics are covered by this topic?
• Which possibilities do we have to implement this topic (in all three Key Areas and in all points mentioned in the Strategic Goals 2013)?
• Which institutions/companies are working on this field of law? Is there a possibility to cooperate with them? - Which possible sponsors are there on the local, national and international level?
