ELSA Serbia and Montenegro host the LV. International Council Meeting (ICM) in Budva. Beeing the highest decision making body of ELSA an ICM is attended by participants from all national groups. 300-400 students come together to work jointly on developing and improving our network, our activities and our cooperation!

Thus an ICM offers a perfect opportunity to meet people from all over the world, to get acquainted with new opinions and to enjoy a truly multicultural atmosphere!
