ELSA Finland welcomes you to their NCM

You are invited to Helsinki from April 16th to 18th 2010

ELSA Finland invites you to take part in their NCM.

The dates are 16.-18.04 and the place is Helsinki.

The price for international guest is 31 euros for each night (so basically two nights. If someone wants to stay day or two before/after NCM, you might stay at somebody's home for free).

The price includes a hotel at the center of Helsinki (4 people in each room) and "homecooked" meals (2*breakfast, 2*lunch, 3*dinner) during the NCM.

The schedule so far:
Friday 16.04.
16.00 Short opening plenary, sponsors fair, maybe some group games and definitely partying (most of this can be done in English)
Saturday 17.04.
10.00-16.00 Workshops (some of these can be held in English, international guests have also time to go around Helsinki)
16.00 Training: We are probably getting two ITP trainers, Patrick and Sylvie, to our NCM and they will give us a training that will last 3-4 hours. At the moment the subject is probably Time and project management. We are hoping that they will also give us few smaller trainings in the workshops on Saturday or Sunday.
21.00 ELSA Vision Contest and after that partying
Sunday 18.00
10.00 Workshops (some can be held in English and there can be some time to go around city, but the shops are closed)
14.00 (or maybe a bit later) Final Plenary
