ELSA - The European Law Students' Association
DEUTSCHLAND

Google Inc. Conference

ELSA Bayreuth organises from 6th - 9th of November a Google IFP-Conference.

You often do you "google"? Do you know what Google is?
What Google is allowed to do? In what legal context Google operates? And what the main law and law practioners do let them boggle their mind?

Who looks behind the scenes, expects a "legal problem Paradise": To what extent are AdWords allowed, what are the problems considered with Google Book Search, is the exclusion from the search results index values fair, should the search copyrighted images look very different, can my personal rights be violated via the search results, what is the expansion of Google anti-trust desire to see, is the fabric of data protection in Google is reasonably assured, and more!

In addition to these highly questions, which will be investigated in lectures, workshops and a panel discussion with high-ranking officers, you expect a comprehensive framework program. We not only for your physical well-being, but also for enough fun with city and campus leadership, and especially our evening activities.

Come to Bayreuth, experienced Google and ELSA Spirit! We look forward to hearing from you!
