These prices include accommodation, intercity transfers and food throughout the event.  Istanbul Bilgi University will provide the accommodation of all participants at its dormitory.

We also prepared an extra tour programme for the participants who are interested in discovering the rich culture of Istanbul! These tours include the visiting of the historical places and the social events such as cocktails, night parties and a boat tour on Bosphorus. It would be useful to mention that the price of the participation does not include the tour fees.
