The Problems of Legal Regulation of Refugee Status: Under the auspices of the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Mrs Maud de Boer-Buquicchio

Our Conference stipulates active involvement from the participants in the discussion of actual problems of legal regulation of refugee status including comparative law analysis of Refugee law in Ukraine, Slovakia and other European countries.

International society try to resolve refugee problems for a long period of time but the refugee rights are often brake, new categories of necessitated migrators appear and other problems arise, that’s why involvement of students and young lawyers is very important to help them to be internationally minded and professionally skilled and to encourage them to act for the good of society.

Uzhgorod is the most remote settlement of Ukraine. You will never find another city with such an organic combination of the ancient tranquility and modern turbulent life! All participants can visit the historical and architectural ensemble of the city: St. Ann Rotunda, Medieval Castle (16th century), St. Nicholas Church (15th century), Open Air Rural Architecture Museum, tour around the old city centre, wine tasting in one of the oldest wine cellars.
