IFP Essay Competition

The international Essay Competition will run until the 15th of October 2009.

In an effort to bring IP closer to law students and at the same time remain at the frontline of legal developments, ELSA has selected IP as its theme for the 07-10 International Focus Programme (IFP).

The implementation of the International Focus Programme goes through a variety of events, like seminars, institutional study visits, law schools etc. However, an international essay competition is the best way for law students to maximize their participation and be rewarded for their significant effort.

The competition is open to all ELSA members. Contributions has to be sent to ELSA before 15th of November 23.59 CET. The topic of the competition is set to Intellectual Property. Candidates have to select the following topic: Copyright/Broadcasting: Cable transmission rights in the EU and European Countries
